How to find us

By car

Wells-next-the-Sea is easily accessible by road.

From London and the South East use the M25, M11, A11 and then the A1065 via Swaffham.

From the Midlands use the A47 or the A17 and from the North the A1. From either then connect with the A149 coast road or the A148 inland to continue to Wells.

The park is situated near the end of the Beach Road. On arrival use the car park in front of Reception whilst you are checking in.

If you’re towing a caravan, it is easiest to approach Wells using the A149 coast road on the west side of the town. Follow Freeman Street down to the quay and then turn left onto Beach Road. This route means you will avoid having to tow through the small and busy streets in Wells town centre.

Look out for brown caravan site signs as you enter Wells town.

Public transport

Wells-next-the-Sea can be reached by regular Coasthopper and other local bus services from Kings Lynn, Hunstanton, Sheringham and Fakenham.

Wells-next-the Sea is not served directly by rail. The nearest main line rail services are at Kings Lynn and Norwich. Kings Lynn to Wells and Pinewoods is 50 minutes by taxi. Norwich has connecting local trains up to Sheringham from where Wells and Pinewoods is 40 minutes by taxi.

Cycling and walking

Pinewoods is on National Cycle Network Route One and is just off the North Norfolk coastal path.
