Welcome to Pinewoods – where we're lucky to have not just one, but two beautiful locations in Norfolk for your next holiday.

Pinewoods Wells-next-the-Sea is our much-loved holiday park, set beside the sandy beach at Wells in glorious North Norfolk. Part of Holkham’s eclectic collection of businesses, and benefiting from all that brings, the park comprises a unique mix of caravan holiday homes and luxury lodges available to book for holidays or to purchase as an owner, alongside the Spoonbill Touring Park for guests with their own caravans and motorhomes.

And new to our collection, we're delighted to introduce our sister park, The White Horse, in Holme-next-the-Sea - a pretty village on Norfolk's north west coast, known for its expansive beaches, walking routes and abundant wildlife. Here, you'll find our newly renovated holiday park, home to just nine exclusive caravan holiday homes and a handful of wonderful owners, the perfect spot for your next Norfolk adventure.
