Stay by the sea: Caravan and motorhome pitches
Fully serviced, dog friendly pitches for caravans, motorhomes and campervans with stunning views and modern facilities. With nature on your doorstep and the sea just a stone’s throw away, it’s the perfect base to enjoy North Norfolk.
Our stunning Spoonbill Drift Touring Park sits on the edge of our main site and Holkham National Nature Reserve. It offers 116 spacious pitches for touring caravans and motorhomes.
If you’re looking for a touring park close to the beach, or caravan pitches surrounded by nature, look no further!
Our pitches enjoy big open views of the marshland, countryside, reserve, wide skies and the expansive backdrop of Wells town. Spoonbill Drift has been designed to minimise its impact on the landscape both environmentally and visually, with wild planting and lots of space.
The pitches themselves comprise of a three by nine metre fibre-reinforced grass standing area with porous grid paving. Each pitch has electricity, water and grey water waste points as standard.
Conservation is incredibly important to us at Pinewoods, so to enhance biodiversity we allow the spaces between pitches and the access road to grow as wild and natural as possible. This helps support the park’s other use as a traditional grazing ground for over-wintering flocks of Brent, Pink-footed Geese and Widgeon, who arrive long after our summer guests have departed.
Our dog friendly touring park also has two award-winning and state-of-the-art amenity blocks, complete with toilets, showers, washing up facilities and launderettes. Don’t miss their living roofs!

Why Pinewoods?
The touring park is located between Wells town and Wells beach, and near Holkham beach, surely making us one of the best sites for motorhomes and caravans in Norfolk!
The touring site offers panoramic views across the Holkham National Nature Reserve, and it’s a fantastic spot to enjoy those ‘big Norfolk skies’. So if you simply want to sit back and relax, there’s no where better.
Our pitches are spacious, our amenities are award-winning, and we’re proactively working to protect the environment.
With plenty to see and do nearby, we truly believe ours are some of the best touring caravan pitches in Norfolk. Don’t just take our word for it – check out some guest reviews.

Wells-next-the-Sea
Wells-next-the-Sea is a charming seaside town, known for its bustling quayside and vast beach of golden sands backed by pine trees and candy coloured beach huts.
Enjoy coastal relaxation, walks along the beach or in the shade of the woodland, or venture off into the countryside on bikes.
Alternatively, head into town for coffee and croissants, fish and chips, or a pit stop at one of the wonderful eateries along the quayside and Staithe Street. Follow that with a relaxed mooch around the galleries and boutique shops, before perhaps popping into one of several pubs or wine bars for a drink or picking up an ice cream!
