Are the lodges dog friendly?

Half of our lodges are dog friendly, so if you’d like to bring your furry friend, simply add them onto the booking form! You can bring up to two dogs with you. North Norfolk is paradise for pups! There are plenty of dog friendly beaches to explore , plus countryside walks if you want to stay off the sand. Most shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés here welcome dogs too. Do the lodges come with bed linen and towels?

Yes they do. Your beds will be made up ready for you, and there are towels, hand towels and bath mats provided.

Are the lodges near the beach?

If you want to stay as close as possible to Wells Beach, Pinewoods Holiday Park is your best choice. Our Saltmarsh lodges are located in a peaceful corner of the park, with a nearby path taking you to the pine woods and, just beyond, Wells Beach. This is a short walk surrounded by nature.

Do we need to bring a travel cot?

When you book, you’ll be asked the ages of any children on the booking. We will then provide a cot for any youngsters. Of course, if you’d prefer to bring your own, you can. If you’d like to check this, feel free to call our reception team on 01328 710439 or email us on holiday@pinewoods.co.uk .

Is North Norfolk a good place for a holiday?

Oh, yes! If you enjoy a slow pace of life on holiday, then North Norfolk can offer this in buckets. Seaside strolls, sitting back and enjoying the big Norfolk skies, heading out for a coffee and croissant… there’s no need to rush if you don’t want to. Want to step things up a bit? There’s plenty of ways to get out there in North Norfolk! Cycling, hikes, runs, paddle boarding, kayaking… if you’re looking for an active break, The food scene here is fantastic, the area has plenty of heritage and modern attractions to keep you and your families entertained, and there are shops and galleries aplenty. Nature lovers will be in their element: birds and other animals are drawn to the area’s diverse habitats and landscapes, so bring your binoculars! So yes, we’d say it’s a good place for a holiday! There’s something for everyone in North Norfolk.

How many people can the luxury lodges at Pinewoods accommodate?

Saltmarsh 6 sleeps up to six people across three bedrooms, while Saltmarsh 7 sleeps up to seven, again across three bedrooms (including a triple room with bunk beds that’s loved by kids!).
