From coastal village gems and rural hamlets to farm shops and local restaurants, shopping in Holt and Burnham Market to a day spent exploring the medieval lanes of our majestic city of Norwich, there’s so much to see and do you’ll need to come back and stay with us again!

Public transport from Pinewoods
From Wells town, there are a number of places you can get to on public transport, allowing you the chance to sit back and unwind while you watch the world go by through the window.
Here are a few suggestions:
- Sanders run regular services along the coast towards Cromer. View the route map here
- Lynx buses take you the other way, along the coast towards Hunstanton and Kings Lynn, as well as inland services to Fakenham. From Fakenham, you can hop onto a connection to Norwich. Plan your journey here
- If you’re feeling really adventurous, Kings Lynn, Sheringham and Norwich are our closest train stations, with connections to local and national services. Find out more about rail travel in Norfolk
