Overview

Our Saltmarsh Lodges are located within a particularly scenic and quiet location in the northwest corner of the park. Directly adjacent to the Holkham National Nature Reserve with direct access to the Norfolk Coastal Path, these lodges are spacious, with modern interior design and provide the perfect base for your North Norfolk holiday.

Stylish Interior

The open plan living space has a lounge area with two sofas and an armchair, all surrounding a coffee table and foot stools, coal effect electric fire and 40” TV. There is an open plan large dining area with padded corner seating and chairs. All this is surrounded by panoramic windows giving a light and airy feel to the open plan, well-appointed lounge, dining, and kitchen area. There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms.

Cooking and Dining

The state-of-the-art, U-shaped kitchen includes a spacious breakfast bar with stools and a handy wine fridge within easy reach. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, five burner gas hob with wok burner, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, saucepans, oven trays and frying pans. The Velux ceiling window floods the kitchen with natural light. There is a walk-in utility room near the entrance which houses a washer/dryer, as well as a space to hang your coats, kick off your walking boots, wellies or flip-flops and store your recycling bags.

Outdoor Living

Each lodge has hard standing parking for two cars, a very generous wrap-around deck with rattan style furniture and gas BBQ, allowing you to soak up the sun, dine al fresco or enjoy an evening drink whilst watching the sunset.

Sleep Easy

You will then retreat to one of the three bedrooms, comprising one double with an ensuite, one twin, and an incredibly special and unique triple cross-over bunk room – our customers tell us their children love this room (although also suitable for adults)! The main bathroom off the hallway shouts luxury, with a Velux ceiling window, walk-in shower, modern wash basin, WC and heated towel rails. All bed linen is provided, and your beds will be made up with pillows and duvets ready for your arrival. You will also find towels on your bed.  Cots and highchairs are available to hire for a small charge on request. Please note, you will need to bring your own travel cot mattress and linen.
