Overview

Our lodges are situated in a quiet area of the park with secluded views over the Holkham National Nature Reserve. There is a small path just moments from the lodges which takes you to the Norfolk Coastal Path, pine woods and stunning Wells Beach.

Outdoor Living

The large front feature window to the dining area means each lodge feels light and bright, and a front sliding door offers easy access to a huge wrap around deck with rattan style outdoor furniture and gas barbecue, allowing you to enjoy the changing skyline from breakfast to evening tipples.

Stylish Interiors

The Saltmarsh Lodge 6 offers our most comfortable and luxurious experience. Relax in the lounge area with freestanding three-seater sofa with two separate chairs, and a feature ottoman footstool. The dedicated entertainment unit comes with a 43” TV, and modern fireplace.  The lodges feature a main bathroom with a bath and over an over bath shower, as well as an ensuite with a shower enclosure. Both bathrooms are kitted out with stylish and practical vinyl flooring and come with LED illuminated vanity mirrors, and chrome finish towel radiators. There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms. 

Cooking and Dining

The kitchen and dining area are equipped with everything a family or group of friends could need for a trip away. The large, U-shaped kitchen includes a spacious breakfast bar with stools and a handy wine fridge within easy reach. A modern glass fronted electric oven and grill, alongside a new integrated microwave, while the fridge/freezer offers ample storage, and the integrated dishwasher means cleaning up after mealtimes will be a breeze. Plus an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, saucepans, oven trays and frying pans means even the most experienced host will feel at home. The dining table with bench seating, Velux roof over the kitchen units and feature wall in the dining area offer a comfortable and stylish dining experience.

The main bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-size double bed, stylish bedside tables, and reading and background lighting. With a large double wardrobe with concealer drawers offering plenty of storage, dressing table and drawers, shelving with feature vanity mirror, you’ll feel right at home. The two twin rooms offer a double wardrobe, vanity area with dressing table and mirror.
