Dog friendly static caravan options
Some of our static caravans welcome up to two dogs, so your four-legged friends don’t need to miss out on your North Norfolk holiday. Just be sure to add them to your booking!
Street food evenings
In peak season, tasty pop-up food stalls and vans visit the park most evenings. Seafood, curries, burgers… which will you try first?
Arrival times
Most of our caravan holiday homes can check in from 4pm. Some, however, can be checked into from 2pm, giving you more time to settle in and start exploring. Check the accommodation type for details.
Pinewoods Store
Our handy on-site shop stocks all the essentials — from local produce and breakfast bits to cold drinks, snacks and extras for your stay.
Wells Beach Bus
Don’t fancy the walk into Wells? Hop on our electric beach bus or ride in style on the vintage, open-top Leyland Tiger.
Parking
Each caravan has space for up to two cars right outside. There are also a number of electric vehicle charging points (EV chargers) on site.
Recycling
We care about the environment and encourage all guests to please separate waste during your stay. If you’re curious about our eco efforts, just ask! We’ll happily share what we’re up to.
Accessibility
If you’re looking for an accessible caravan, take a look at the Park Easy Access, specifically designed for those with mobility struggles.

Fantastic for families
Our caravan holiday homes sleep between six and eight people, so there’s space for the whole family.
Children will love our proximity to the beach, with enough sand for millions of sand castles! There are plenty of fun activities to try together in Wells-next-the-Sea, so making fun memories together is only a booking away.
And once they’re tucked up in bed, you can relax on your decking or on the sofa… bliss.

Many of our caravan holiday homes are dog friendly, and decking spaces are fenced and gated.

Long countryside walks await you, and there are plenty of dog friendly beaches for getting those paws sandy!
The majority of pubs, cafés and restaurants in North Norfolk welcome dogs – in fact, there are usually some treats or dog menus available! Most shops allow dogs too.

Wells-next-the-Sea
We’re based in Wells-next-the-Sea, a popular seaside town with a lively quay and high street full of independent shops, galleries and eateries.
The town is walking distance (or a quick bus ride) away. A short walk in the opposite direction from your caravan holiday home will take you to the magnificent Wells Beach and, slightly further, the neighbouring Holkham Beach. Both beautiful yet distinct, they’re fantastic spots for sandy strolls or spending sunny days on the shore.

Wells-next-the-Sea town
Soak up the sights and sounds of this bustling harbour town. Enjoy fish and chips with a view as you watch the boats come in, or wander the lanes and see what you find!
Wells Beach
Just a short stroll away, Wells Beach is a true coastal gem, with golden sands, iconic beach huts, and a backdrop of pine trees. It’s a great spot for paddling or a swim when the tide is in! You can hire a beach hut from us too.
Holkham Beach
One of the UK’s finest beaches, Holkham offers wide open skies, sweeping dunes, and stunning views! It’s ideal for peaceful walks or a windswept picnic.
Wells Beach Café
Perfect for a pre-walk coffee or post-swim treat. Grab a table and choose from a selection of pastries, sandwiches, cakes and drinks, or grab a pizza from The Hatch!
Holkham National Nature Reserve
Don’t forget your binoculars! The NNR can be admired from the caravan park. It’s a haven for birdwatchers and nature lovers, home to rare species and breathtaking wetland landscapes.
The Victoria
A favourite with locals and visitors alike, The Vic’s regularly changing menu offers delicious dishes created with seasonal Norfolk produce.
Holkham Park
Lace up your walking boots or hop on a bike to explore Holkham’s vast parkland. With several waymarked trails, lake views and year-round events, there’s plenty to discover.
Go crabbing at the quay
Try your hand at the local tradition of “gillying” — drop a line off the quay and see how many crabs you pick up. Simple, fun and always a hit with kids (and grown-ups!).
Staithe Street shopping
Wander up Wells’ charming high street lined with independent shops. From seaside souvenirs to artisan homeware, there’ll be something to catch your eye!
Holkham Hall
Take a step back in time as you explore this 18th-century country house. Tour the state rooms, admire the artwork and be wowed by the Marble Hall.
Holkham Walled Garden
With its Georgian and Victorian glasshouses, vibrant borders and productive kitchen garden, this lovingly restored garden is well worth a visit.
The Lookout
Nestled among the pines, this hideaway serves up beautiful views over the marshes along with hot drinks and wildlife information.
Blakeney Point
Fancy spotting some seals?! The largest grey seal colony in England can be found at Blakeney Point, and a boat trip is sure to be a highlight of your trip.

Yes – we have many dog friendly caravan holiday homes across all our ranges.

We’re very pleased to say that we do! The e-Lakeside Luxe was introduced to our hire fleet in 2024 and was the first all electric caravan in the region. It benefits from lake views and sleeps up to six.
Since then, we’ve added the e-Park Classic, which offers fantastic value and comfort, and again, sleeps up to six.
We’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint, and will hopefully be adding more all electric static caravans to our fleet in future!
They are indeed! Our caravans sleep up to six or eight people across 2-3 bedrooms. Some of our statics have three bedrooms separate to the living room space, while others also have a sofa bed.
You can bring two dogs too – they’re part of the family, so why leave them behind!?
We do. Take a look at the Park Easy Access, which benefits from a ramp up to the entrance.
Inside, there are lowered work surfaces and equipment and wide sliding doors.
There is also a portable helper frame, and a beach wheelchair buggy can be hired from reception.
Our Lakeside Luxe and e-Lakeside Luxe caravans are our largest options at approximately 55m2. These both sleep up to six people.
