Beach Huts

Instantly recognisable, Wells’ iconic beach huts feature in many local paintings, postcards and photography. From a beach hut you get a fantastic elevated view of the beach, the sea and the big Wells skies from early on a fresh new day right through to a spectacular sunset.

Lined-up under the pine trees, they provide you with your own private area and are just the thing for a little shelter on those scorching summer days or not so sunny blowy days! They are also a great den and hideout for the children whilst they play on the beach, and the balcony gives you a great lookout from where to keep an eye on them while you relax.

Our beach huts are equipped with two deck chairs and a windbreak. Please note there is no water, electric or gas supply. BBQs are not permitted, but picnics are more than welcome. Wells Beach Café is situated by the car park and is perfect for stocking up on takeaway lunches, snacks and drinks.

Wells Beach is split into a dog free and a dog friendly area, and we have beach huts in both areas. When booking, let us know whether you’ll be bringing your dog and we’ll be able to confirm whether we have any huts in the dog friendly zone available. Assistance dogs are welcome in the dog free zone.

1st November-2nd January: £65 per day

Keys can be collected from the Pinewoods reception from 9am and must be returned by 9pm, so you’ll have plenty of time to make the most of your beach hut!
