Park Easy Access

Our Park Easy Access caravan holiday home is exclusively designed to provide wheelchair users or those with accessibility needs and their families with an easy access, functional holiday space.

Outside Area

It features an access ramp, wide sliding doors, lowered work surfaces and equipment, and a portable helper frame.

This caravan holiday home is located on Avocet 61.  The Park Easy Access caravan has a decking ramp with outdoor chairs provided.   You can park directly outside the caravan on grass.  

Inside Living

Our Park Easy Access caravan holiday home has a wide access, low threshold door and sliding internal doors which makes coming and going that little bit easier. The caravan holiday home is under two-years old and fully equipped with open plan living with comfortable sofas, an electric heater and TV in the lounge. It also has a dining table that can be accessed comfortably by wheelchair users and is a truly practical space. The galley kitchen has wide access and is well appointed with a low-level cooker and sink to make food preparation easy, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner and recycling bags, plus an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, saucepans, oven trays and frying pans.  There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms. 

Sleep Easy

Along the hallway, the main bedroom which is made up of two twin beds, features a portable helper frame to aid your night-time routine and one additional twin bedroom. There is a bathroom off the main hallway with a shower, wash basin and WC. A sofa bed in the lounge provides a sleeping area for an additional two guests. Cots and highchairs are available to hire for a small charge on request. Please note, you will need to bring your own travel cot mattress and linen.

Useful Information

We have a beach wheelchair buggy available to borrow free of charge. It is suitable for wheelchair users who are unable to transfer from their own chair. Please call reception on 01328 710 439 to check availability and to secure your hire. For users who are able to transfer, there is a more standard beach wheelchair available to borrow from the Coastal Health and Wellbeing Centre in Wells. Call 01328 711 996 to enquire. Both wheelchairs are stored at Wells Beach Café, which is next door to Pinewoods, by Wells Beach.
