A Beach Luxe caravan holiday home brings you the luxury and comfort of our flagship range in a cleverly laid out space. Close to beach access and with and views through to the lake, Beach Luxe caravans marry the best of both worlds. Located one row behind our Lakeside Luxe range, these stunning caravan holiday homes provide a similar sense of space and luxury.

OVERVIEW

These luxury holiday homes are less than two years old and located within a newly redeveloped and landscaped area of the park. Your location on the park is guaranteed.

OUTSIDE AREA

Each Beach Luxe caravan holiday home has a large wrap around decking which can be accessed via a side door or through the double patio doors in the lounge. The decking has rattan style furniture and a gas BBQ. Beach Luxes come with allocated on pitch hardstanding parking for two cars.

SLEEP EASY

These luxury, two-bedroom caravan holiday homes are fully equipped to a high standard with all bed linen provided and your beds will be made up with pillows and duvets ready for your arrival. You will also find towels on your bed. There is a master bedroom with a dressing table, storage, walk-in-wardrobe and en-suite facilities. There is a separate bathroom located off the main hallway. The second bedroom is a twin, and there is a sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps two as a small double.

COOKING AND DINING

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner and recycling bags, plus an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, saucepans, oven trays and frying pans.

Cots and highchairs are available to hire for a small charge on request. Please note, you will need to bring your own travel cot mattress and linen.

STYLISH INTERIOR

The lounge has comfortable sofas for you to relax into whilst watching a flat screen TV. The dining area has a wooden dining table with four chairs.

There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms.

Accessibility

This caravan holiday home is all on one level and is accessed by three wooden steps onto the decking.

Parking

You can park up to two cars directly outside the lodge on the hardstanding parking bay.

Linen and Laundry

Your beds will be made up for your arrival. You will find towels on your bed, as well as a hand towel and bathmat in each bathroom.

Dog friendly?

Yes, four out of six Beach Luxe caravans are dog friendly. The decking is secured with a gate, so you are free to let your dog off. You are required to keep your dog on a lead whilst in the park, please be mindful of the wildlife. The majority of Wells Beach is dog-friendly year-round.

Please do not leave your dog unattended in your holiday home.

Location

There are six Beach Luxe caravans all situated on the Curlew area, which enjoys close proximity to Wells Beach. All of these caravans are near to the lake. Your location on the park is guaranteed when booking a Beach Luxe.
