If you seek luxury and one the best locations on the park, then our exclusive Lakeside Luxe caravan holiday homes are for you. Sitting on the banks of Abraham’s Bosom Lake, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), all of the accommodation in this range offers sumptuous space with modern open plan interior design.

OVERVIEW

A Lakeside Luxe is less than two years old, sleeps up to six people and is our most luxurious and spacious grade of caravan holiday home. We select only from the top of the range models when choosing Lakeside Luxe. All of our Lakeside Luxe are situated in a newly redeveloped and landscaped area of the park, just moments from Wells Beach.

OUTSIDE AREA

Each Lakeside Luxe has a generous wrap around deck with access through a side door or through the double patio doors in the lounge. The decking has comfortable rattan style furniture and a gas barbecue with spectacular views over the lake. West facing, you can enjoy amazing Norfolk sunsets. Lakeside Luxes come with allocated on pitch hardstanding parking for two cars.

SLEEP EASY

These luxury two-bedroom caravan holiday homes are fully equipped to a high standard with a full complement of bed linen provided, your beds will be made up with pillows and duvets ready for your arrival. You will also find towels on your bed.

The master bedrooms have either a king size or double bed, plenty of storage, a dressing table and mirror, walk-in-wardrobe and en-suite facilities. Some have baths with an overhead shower, and others have walk-in showers, along with wash basin, storage and WC. Each has a separate bathroom located off the main hallway with shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is made up as a twin, and there is a sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps two as a small double.

COOKING AND DINING

The kitchen area is spacious and equipped with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner and recycling bags , plus an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, saucepans, oven trays and frying pans. Tea towels are provided.

Cots and highchairs are available to hire for a small charge on request. Please note, you will need to bring your own travel cot mattress and linen.

STYLISH INTERIOR

The lounge has comfortable sofas for you to relax into whilst watching the flat screen TV. The dining area has a wooden dining table with either four chairs or comfy benches.

There is gas central heating throughout, with radiators in all rooms.

Accessibility

This caravan holiday home is all on one level and is accessed by three wooden steps onto the decking.

Parking

You can park up to two cars directly outside the lodge on the hardstanding parking bay.

Linen & Laundry

Your beds will be made up for your arrival. You will find towels on your bed, as well as a hand towel and bathmat in each bathroom.

Dog friendly

Yes. Four out of nine Lakeside Luxe caravans are dog friendly. The decking is secured with a gate. You are required to keep your dog on a lead whilst in the park, please be mindful of wildlife in the park. The majority of Wells Beach is dog-friendly year-round.

Please do not leave your dog unattended in your holiday home.

Location

There are nine Lakeside Luxe caravan holiday homes all situated on the Curlew area, which enjoys close proximity to Wells Beach. All of these caravan holiday homes overlook the lake and are mostly undisturbed by-passing traffic as they are in a cul-de-sac. Your location on the park is guaranteed when booking a Lakeside Luxe.
