Working with market leading holiday home manufacturer Willerby, our e-Lakeside Luxe holiday home benefits from their new to market ‘All-E’ technology and no longer relies on fossil fuels for heating and hot water. This luxury all electric holiday home is located on one the best lakeside spots on the park, overlooking Abraham’s Bosom Lake, a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

OVERVIEW

Replicating the luxury of our Lakeside Luxe range, this is the all-electric holiday of the future.

Brand new for 2024, our e-Lakeside Luxe sleeps up to six people and is one of our most luxurious and spacious grades of caravan holiday home. Situated in a newly redeveloped and landscaped area of the park, it is just a few minutes’ walk to Wells Beach.

OUTSIDE AREA

This luxury holiday home has a generous wrap around decking with access through a side door or through the double patio doors in the lounge. The decking has comfortable rattan style furniture and an electric barbecue with spectacular views over the lake. West facing, you can enjoy amazing Norfolk sunsets. This accommodation has its own electric car charging point (additional charge) on an allocated hardstanding parking bay.

SLEEP EASY

This luxury two-bedroom caravan holiday home is fully equipped to a high standard with a full complement of bed linen provided. Your beds will be made up with pillows and duvets ready for your arrival. You will also find towels on your bed. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, boasting a king-size bed, elegant dressing area, and walk-in wardrobe, as well as a stylish en suite with shower. The second bedroom is made up as a twin, and there is a sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps two as a small double. Just off the main hallway is a separate bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC.

Cots and highchairs are available to hire for a small charge on request. Please note, you will need to bring your own travel cot mattress and linen.

COOKING AND DINING

The kitchen area is spacious and equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner and recycling bags, plus an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, saucepans, oven trays and frying pans. Tea towels are provided.

STYLISH INTERIOR

The lounge has comfortable freestanding sofas for you to relax into whilst watching the flat screen TV. The dining area has a wooden dining table with four chairs.

There is electric central heating throughout, with radiators in all rooms and air conditioning to the master bedroom which can be adjusted to either cool the room or heat it.

Accessibility

This caravan holiday home is all on one level and is accessed by three wooden steps onto the decking.

Parking

You can park up to two cars directly outside the lodge on the hardstanding parking bay. EV charging point at an additional cost.

Linen and Laundry

Your beds will be made up for your arrival. You will find towels on your bed, as well as a hand towel and bathmat in each bathroom.

Dog friendly

The decking is secured with a gate. You are required to keep your dog on a lead whilst in the park, please be mindful of wildlife in the park. The majority of Wells Beach is dog-friendly year-round.

Please do not leave your dog unattended in your holiday home.

Location

Situated on the Curlew area, which enjoys close proximity to Wells Beach. This caravan holiday home overlooks the lake and is mostly undisturbed by-passing traffic as they are in a cul-de-sac. Your location on the park is guaranteed.
