Lakeside

Our exclusive (there are just three!) Lakeside range mixes stylish living and one of the best locations on the park, sitting on the banks of Abraham’s Bosom Lake, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), all of the accommodation in this range offers modern open plan living and comfort.

OUTSIDE AREA

Outside, there is large wrap around decking and rattan style furniture. You can park directly outside the caravan on grass.

STYLISH INTERIOR

The open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner and recycling bags, plus an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, saucepans, oven trays and frying pans. The dining area has a wooden dining table with four chairs, as well as comfortable sofas, and a flat screen TV.

SLEEP EASY

Down the hallway, you’ll find a master bedroom with en-suite, and one twin bedroom. There is a main bathroom off the hallway with a shower, wash basin and WC. A sofa bed in the lounge provides a sleeping area for an additional two guests. All bed linen and towels are provided, and your beds will be made up for your arrival.

Cots and highchairs are available to hire for a small charge on request. Please note, you will need to bring your own travel cot mattress and linen.

Accessibility

This caravan holiday home is all on one level and is accessed by three wooden steps onto the decking.

Parking

You can park up to two cars directly outside the caravan holiday home.

Linen and Laundry

Your beds will be made up for your arrival. You will find towels on your bed, as well as a hand towel and bathmat in each bathroom.

Dog friendly?

Yes. Two out of three Lakeside caravans are dog friendly. The decking is secured with a gate. You are required to keep your dog on a lead whilst in the park, please be mindful of the wildlife. The majority of Wells Beach is dog-friendly year-round.

Please do not leave your dog unattended in your holiday home.

Location

There are three Lakeside caravan holiday homes all situated on the Avocet area, which enjoys close proximity to Wells Beach. All of these caravan holiday homes overlook the lake and are mostly undisturbed by-passing traffic as they are in a cul-de-sac. Your location on the park is guaranteed when booking a Lakeside caravan holiday home.
