Where will your boots take you? There’s a whole host of places to explore on foot, starting from Pinewoods, whether you’re on a walking holiday or fancy a short stroll.

Whether you’re a keen walker clocking up the miles, or simply enjoy a stroll in the sunshine, there are plenty of routes to enjoy near Pinewoods.

Take in the wonderful North Norfolk countryside and coast on foot. You’ll probably want to bring a camera, too!

Norfolk Coast Path

The Norfolk Coast Path is an 84 mile trail from Hunstanton to Hopton-on-Sea, and Pinewoods sits right on it!

Head northwest into the woodland to follow the Coast Path to Burnham Overy Staithe and Brancaster.

Alternatively, stroll along Wells quay to the east, towards Stiffkey, Morston, Blakeney and Cley.

These lovely villages are on a bus route back to Wells too, so you can walk one way and hop on the bus to return!

Holkham Park walking routes

Discover Holkham Park’s varied landscapes with these waymarked trails, each taking you on a beautiful journey within natural surroundings. The routes span from just over one mile to six miles across grassland, woodland, gravel tracks and tarmac.
