An update on holiday home sales from Corinne Bishop and Maggie Smith

After a very quiet winter it has been marvellous to welcome you back to the park. We think we have all gone a bit stir crazy being confined to home, so it’s been great to be able to get out around the park, have a chat with you and catch up with all your news.

Holiday home sales have seen a busy couple of months. With restrictions on foreign travel, we have been inundated with new customers looking to purchase at Pinewoods, it seems that Wells-next-the-Sea is certainly the place where people want to holiday and who can blame them.

Many of you have also been eager to discuss part exchanging your existing caravan holiday homes and it’s been lovely to reacquaint with you. If you have thought about changing your holiday home please do pop in or email us to book an appointment with us. The impact of the national lockdowns and Covid restrictions continues to slow down the production of caravans so stock options are limited and many of the larger holiday homes are beginning to sell out.

We are both very much looking forward to restrictions lifting and hopefully we will be able to talk without covering half our face with a mask, although some will probably prefer us to keep the masks on!
