Our range of Beach caravan holiday homes offers clever design and comfort with a convenient and enviable location, being closest for beach access. Each caravan holiday home has a modern open plan interior, and the entire range is under two years old.

OVERVIEW

They are situated on a newly redeveloped and landscaped area of the park, and your location on the park will be guaranteed. You can choose either a two or three-bedroom caravan which sleep up to six and eight people, respectively.

OUTSIDE AREA

Outside, there is a large wrap around deck and rattan style furniture. Beach homes come with allocated on pitch hardstanding parking for two cars.

STYLISH INTERIOR

The open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner and recycling bags, plus an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, saucepans, oven trays and frying pans. The dining area has a wooden dining table with four chairs, as well as comfortable sofas, and a flat screen TV.

SLEEP EASY

Down the hallway, you’ll find a master bedroom with en-suite, and either one or two additional bedrooms depending on which you choose to book. These bedrooms are made up as twins. There is a main bathroom off the hallway with a shower, wash basin and WC. A sofa bed in the lounge provides a sleeping area for an additional two guests. All bed linen and towels are provided, and your beds will be made up for your arrival.

Cots and highchairs are available to hire for a small charge on request. Please note, you will need to bring your own travel cot mattress and linen.

Accessibility

This caravan holiday home is all on one level and is accessed by three wooden steps onto the decking.

Parking

You can park up to two cars directly outside the caravan holiday home on the hardstanding parking bay.

Linen and Laundry

Your beds will be made up for your arrival. You will find towels on your bed, as well as a hand towel and bathmat in each bathroom.

Dog friendly?

Yes. Eight out of sixteen Beach caravans are dog friendly. The decking is secured with a gate. You are required to keep your dog on a lead whilst in the park, please be mindful of the wildlife. The majority of Wells Beach is dog-friendly year-round.

Please do not leave your dog unattended in your holiday home.

Location

There are sixteen Beach caravans all situated on the Curlew area, which enjoys close proximity to Wells Beach. All of these caravans are near to, but not overlooking, the lake. Your location on the park is guaranteed when booking a Beach caravan.
