Park Classic caravan holiday homes remain one of our most popular ranges offering excellent value, bright interiors and space for everyone.

OVERVIEW

All Park Classic accommodation is under two years old and offers a comfortable and affordable stay. Wherever you are on the park, you are within easy walking distance of the beach, pine woods, Pinewoods Store, Reception, children’s play area and other facilities. Choose between a two or three-bedroom Park Classic caravan holiday home, sleeping up to six or eight people, respectively.

INSIDE LIVING

Inside, your open-plan caravan features a lounge with sofas which double up as sofa beds to maximise capacity. There is a compact, but well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner and recycling bags, plus an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, saucepans, oven trays and frying pans. The dining area is made up of a wooden table and either four chairs, stools or comfy benches.

SLEEP EASY

Along the hallway, there is one double bedroom and either one or two additional bedrooms made up as twins. There is a bathroom off the main hallway with a shower, wash basin and WC. A sofa bed in the lounge provides a sleeping area for an additional two guests. There are six outdoor chairs available.

Cots and highchairs are available to hire for a small charge on request. Please note, you will need to bring your own travel cot mattress and linen.

Classic caravans come without decking.

There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms. You can park directly outside the caravan on grass.

Accessibility

This caravan is all on one level and is accessed by three wooden steps up to the front door. Your location on the park is not guaranteed, so distances to the beach, for example, can vary – although you’re close to everything no matter where you are.

Parking

You can park up to two cars directly outside the caravan on the grass.

Linen and Laundry

Your beds will be made up for your arrival. You will find towels on your bed, as well as a hand towel and bathmat in each bathroom.

Dog friendly?

Yes. Six out of thirteen Park Classic caravans are dog friendly. You are required to keep your dog on a lead whilst in the park, please be mindful of the wildlife. The majority of Wells Beach is dog-friendly year-round.

Please do not leave your dog unattended in your holiday home.

Location

Park Classic caravans are dotted around the park. You are unable to choose your location and a caravan will be allocated to you upon arrival.

What is the difference between a Park Style and a Park Classic?

The Park Style is slightly larger than the Park Classic, it also has a side decking while the Park Classic does not.
