Park Style

Our Park Style caravan holiday homes offer thoughtful design and flexible living space, the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. These are modern caravan holiday homes, spacious and under two years old. You can choose either a two or three-bedroom Park Style, sleeping up to six or eight people, respectively.

OUTSIDE AREA

Each Park Style comes with side decking and comfortable rattan style furniture. Wherever you are on the park, the beach, pine woods, reception, Pinewoods Store and Holkham National Nature Reserve are all within easy walking distance.

STYLISH INTERIOR

Inside, your open-plan caravan features a comfortable lounge with sofas which double up as sofa beds to maximise capacity. Sit back and relax with gas central heating and a TV. There is a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner and recycling bags, plus an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, saucepans, oven trays and frying pans. The dining area has a wooden dining table with either four chairs, stools or comfy benches.

SLEEP EASY

Along the hallway, there is one double bedroom and either one or two twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom off the main hallway with a shower, wash basin and WC. A sofa bed in the lounge provides a sleeping area, the equivalent of a small double, for an additional two guests.

Cots and highchairs are available to hire for a small charge on request. Please note, you will need to bring your own travel cot mattress and linen.

All Park Style caravans have side decking with outdoor furniture which is accessed via the front door.

There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms. You can park directly outside the caravan on grass.

Accessibility

This caravan holiday home is all on one level and is accessed by three wooden steps onto the decking. Your location on the park is not guaranteed, so distances to the beach, for example, may be longer than if staying in a Beach or Lakeside caravan holiday home.

Parking

You can park up to two cars directly outside the caravan on the grass.

Linen and Laundry

Your beds will be made up for your arrival. You will find towels on your bed, as well as a hand towel and bathmat in each bathroom.

Dog friendly?

Yes. Fourteen out of twenty-five Park Plus caravan holiday homes are dog friendly. The decking is secured with a gate, you are required to keep your dog on a lead whilst in the park, please be mindful of wildlife. The majority of Wells Beach is dog-friendly year-round.

Please do not leave your dog unattended in your holiday home.

Location

Park Plus caravan holiday homes are dotted around the park. You are unable to choose your location and a caravan will be allocated to you on arrival.
